Welcome to HapaGO Express. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our mobile application and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HapaGO Express, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Our services include ride-hailing, food delivery, and parcel logistics.

2. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract under Tanzanian law. By registering, you ensure that all information provided is accurate.

3. Services and Payments

• Ride-Hailing & Delivery: HapaGO Express connects users with third-party providers for transport and delivery services.
• Pricing: Fares and delivery fees are calculated based on distance, time, and demand.
• Payment Terms: Payments can be made via mobile money or cash. For specific commercial transactions or equipment delivery, a down payment (e.g., 1,400,000 TZS) may be required as agreed upon in specific invoices.

4. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the application for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your registered phone number (+255).

5. Limitation of Liability

HapaGO Express shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service or the conduct of third-party drivers/providers.

6. Cancellation Policy

Users may be charged a cancellation fee if a trip or delivery order is cancelled after a specific period from the time of acceptance by the provider.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
