drivers or couriers solely to complete a service request you have initiated — for example,
sharing your pickup location with a driver to fulfill a ride booking.

Account Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your HapaGO Express account and all
associated personal data at any time. Because account management is handled directly
by our Admin, deletion requests must be submitted by email.
📋 How to Request Account Deletion

Send an email to [email protected] from the address
or phone number linked to your account.

In the email, include your Full Name and
Phone Number registered on the App so the Admin can
identify your account.

Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request – HapaGO Express"

Our Admin will process your request and confirm deletion within
24 hours of receiving your email.
⚠️ Important – Data Retained After Deletion:
Upon deletion, your personal information (name, phone number, location history,
and app activity) will be permanently removed from our systems. However,
transaction records (trip receipts and payment history) may be
retained for a limited period as required by applicable financial and tax regulations.
These records will not be used for any other purpose.
